Our common stock trades over-the-counter in the recently created OTCQB marketplace under the symbol "DMPD". All securities in the new OTCQB tier are displayed on www.otcmarkets.com with an icon reading, "OTCQB."  We commenced trading on the OTCQB following our S-1 effective date of October 15, 2010.  Prior to this date, our common stock traded on Pink Sheets.
